Development
We offer full induction training to all of our employees. We also have apprenticeships, management development workshops and specialist training such as pyrotechnic handling and food safety.
Opportunity
Several of our seasonal employees have been offered permanent positions within Vectis Ventures. Others have developed their careers around us such as our Entertainments Manager, Head Gardener and even a Park Manager.
Flexibility
We understand people have different reasons for working, some find they have too much spare time on their hands, others want to fit work in and around their studies and many want to earn money! Whatever the situation, we are flexible in our working patterns and offer a variety of shifts.
