Oppertunity
Retirement age creeps up on you, so at 64 I’m looking to “wind down” a little but keep active. An opportunity arose to join the Park Operations Team at Robin Hill driving the John Deere Tractor Train around the park during the 2017 season – finally fulfilling an ambition to become a Train Driver! At times there are, after appropriate training, opportunities for all to diversify to other activities.

Development
I’ve made some amazing friends for life and enjoy working alongside everyone in the park. It’s also allowed me to grow and progress to a supervisor role in my team and reach higher goals within an area I’m very passionate about. It’s also really great to be able to create such a strong bond with my team. My job is so much fun and it’s amazing to be excited to go to work!
