Visit Isle of Wight’s Destination Management Plan 2015-2019 seeks to develop a year-round tourism economy: growth in full-time year-round employment and the opportunity for tourism businesses to operate a longer season.

Our staff are very important to us and we pride ourselves in being able develop people within their careers across the company. Within both our parks we have staff who have grown with the business; starting with seasonal work whilst at school or university and progressing through the ranks to become department managers and Park managers.

We believe in strong team ethics that encourages all employees to feel part of an expanding and progressive business. Our aim is to become the Island’s highest rated employer in the tourism sector.
